Taking Steps to Reconnect - An Urban Hiking Mural Adventure Join us for our first in-person event and reception since February 2020! Our newest GKCAA member, Urban Hikes KC founder Lisa Pena, will take us on a 60-minute adventure to connect us with hidden mural gems, our Crossroads Arts District and each other. The 1.5 mile hike will conclude with a networking reception at Burnt End BBQ at Crown Center.
Event Schedule: 4:30 p.m. Check-in 5-6 p.m. Urban Hike: Mural Magic 6-6:45 p.m. Reception at Crown Center's Burnt End BBQ
We will gather in the Crown Center's North Atrium on the side by SPIN! Pizza. This is the open area in the entry off of Grand Blvd. Parking will be validated for 3 hours in the Crown Center Shops garage at 25th & Grand, west side of street. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring your sunglasses and water bottle (water will also be provided, if you need it.) We look forward to seeing you!!
